2. What data we collect
We only collect data you actively send us, plus minimal technical data needed to keep the site secure and functional.
From you, directly
- Contact form: the name, email, subject, and message you submit.
- Bookings: when you book a consultation, Cal.com collects what's needed to schedule the session (name, email, time zone). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card data. Online consultations are delivered via Zoom, which receives the meeting metadata needed to host the call.
- Intake form: after a booking, you'll receive a link to a Jotform intake form. Anything you enter there is sent to us via Jotform.
Collected automatically
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider (browser type, IP address, time of access), used only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot protection) on the contact form. Cloudflare processes minimal browser signals to confirm you're human. Turnstile is designed to be privacy-preserving and is not used for cross-site tracking.
3. Service providers we use
- Vercel (United States) — website hosting.
- Cloudflare (United States) — DNS and bot protection (Turnstile) on the contact form.
- Resend (United States) — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Cal.com (United States) — scheduling platform for booking consultations. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
- Stripe (United States) — processes payments for paid consultations. Stripe is the controller for your payment data; see Stripe's privacy policy.
- Zoom (United States) — hosts online consultations. See Zoom's privacy policy.
- Jotform (United States) — hosts our post-booking intake form. See Jotform's privacy policy.
We have data processing agreements where required. Each provider acts under our instructions or as an independent controller for its own platform (e.g., Stripe for payments).
4. Why we process your data
- To respond to your inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures, or Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in handling messages addressed to us).
- To deliver consultations you've booked (Art. 6(1)(b) — contract).
- To keep our website secure and operational (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
5. International transfers (EU, UK, Switzerland)
Our service providers are based in the United States. The ibox LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. To view our certification, visit dataprivacyframework.gov.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over The ibox LLC's compliance with the DPF. EU, UK, and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data should first contact us at contact@enrichment.dog. We commit to cooperating with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs), the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Under certain conditions, you may have the right to invoke binding arbitration per Annex I of the DPF Principles.
Where DPF certification is not applicable, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
6. Cookies
We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie-like storage on enrichment.dog comes from Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page, which is strictly necessary to verify you're a human before submitting the form. No data from Turnstile is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
7. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: contact form messages remain in our inbox unless and until they're no longer useful; booking and intake data is retained as long as you remain a client and for any period required by law (tax records, etc.). On request, we'll delete data we control, subject to mandatory legal retention periods.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (GDPR if you're in the EU/EEA/UK; CCPA if you're in California; analogous laws elsewhere), you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you;
- Have inaccurate data corrected;
- Have your data deleted;
- Restrict or object to processing;
- Receive your data in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@enrichment.dog.
9. Security
All traffic to enrichment.dog is encrypted via TLS (https://). We rely on the security measures of our service providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, Cal.com, Stripe, Zoom, Jotform, Resend) for data they process on our behalf. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10. Children
enrichment.dog is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.
